Frequently Asked Questions
We base all of our valuations on current and historical sales and market data. To do this accurately it takes a lot of information like brand, model, condition, etc. of the watch into account. For this reason, we don’t provide an off-the-cuff ballpark range over the phone, chat or email. If you would like to get an accurate quote for your watch, fill out the form below, with photos of your watch, and we will communicate back to you shortly.
We purchase watches from over thirty high-end from many luxury brands from our customers including Rolex, Omega, Zenith and many others, at a fair market price.
It generally takes us 3 to 5 business days after you submit your watch to do all the research on your specific watch model and get back to you with a quote. We base all of our valuations on current and historical sales and market data. To do this accurately it takes a lot of information like brand, model, condition, etc. of the watch into account. From time to time, we are asked to provide a “ballpark” via email or over the phone. We don’t do ballparks because we want to ensure we have all the information available on your model to give you an accurate quote the first time. Therefore, all watches must go through our quote process that you can begin above.
We will always lead with our best offer. While a vast majority of offers do not change, there might be a few reasons that an offer can decrease after being evaluated. The most common reasons for a reduction include submitting the wrong model number, a non-accurate depiction of condition or included accessories, or a required regulation or service required after extensive testing. Understanding the condition of your watch and the accessories it comes with will certainly help you decide if you'd like to follow through with sending in your watch for the final offer. If at any time you decide to decline the final offer, we will mail your watch back to you fully insured and free of charge.
